full-time Our client, a highly regarded venture capital and philanthropic organization with a dynamic and collaborative workplace in Palo Alto, is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for a 2-3 month contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, service-oriented professional who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace, coordinating day-to-day office operations, and ensuring employees and guests have an exceptional experience. What You'll Do Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests Oversee day-to-day workplace experience and office operations Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, events, and onsite gatherings Partner with vendors and building management to address workplace needs Monitor office supplies, amenities, and inventory Help maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming office environment Coordinate catering, deliveries, and other workplace services Respond to employee requests and troubleshoot issues with a high level of customer service Support special projects and events as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with facilities, operations, HR, and other internal teams What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in workplace experience, office coordination, hospitality, facilities, events, or a related field Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, warm, and approachable communication style Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Comfortable working onsite in Palo Alto Proficiency with standard workplace and productivity tools
