Job Description

Key Responsibilities Site Maintenance:
Working with internal partners to maintain and comply with environmental, health and safety standards Diagnoses trouble in the electrical system or plant equipment. Uses specialized measuring and testing instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters and meggers. Make daily, periodic, or special inspections of the premises to determine repair work necessary. Includes maintaining and repairing the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including, chillers air compressors, plumbing and HVAC Work from blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches. Performs skilled trades works, such as painting, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building mechanical, lighting and plumbing. Oversees contractor-supplied maintenance services, including janitorial, landscape, HVAC servicing and rubbish removal. Works with company facilities team on site maintenance issues such as HVAC, roofing, electrical & plumbing to coordinate upgrade and repairs as needed.
Environmental Health and Safety:
Monitors and maintains site safety devices and performs monthly inspections of eyewash stations, fire extinguishers and air monitoring equipment. Monitors hazardous waste collection and works with contractors to arrange proper disposal of hazardous material. Maintains site records, and works with contractors for hazardous waste disposal, site safety inspections including sprinklers, fire extinguishers, oily waste and flammable waste materials. Works with company EHS representative to ensure the site meets company standards. Will work with department heads and teams to ensure that groups are keeping their areas up to company standards.
Other Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. This position requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to, hand shields, goggles, respirators, fire/flame resistant clothing and aprons, and gloves. Additional PPE will be required for positions involving work in a clean room environment. Functional Knowledge

Salary Range:
$25.00 - $34.70 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
