Position Summary The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Company's residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on tenant relations, service request management, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, property inspections, and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Property Operations Conduct routine inspections of residential and multifamily properties. Monitor property condition and identify maintenance requirements. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnover activities. Ensure properties are clean, safe, and professionally maintained. Tenant Relations Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests. Respond to tenant concerns and coordinate issue resolution. Support tenant onboarding and move-in processes. Foster positive tenant relationships to support retention. Facilities Management Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems through contracted service providers. Schedule repairs and maintenance works. Maintain maintenance logs and service records. Ensure timely completion of work orders. Contractor & Vendor Coordination Liaise with contractors, service providers, and suppliers. Obtain quotations for repairs and maintenance. Monitor contractor performance and quality of work. Verify completion of maintenance works before payment processing. Health, Safety & Compliance Support compliance with applicable building, health, and safety requirements. Assist with inspections, permits, and certifications. Report property risks and maintenance concerns to management. Support emergency response and incident reporting activities. Experience managing multifamily residential properties preferred. Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills. Proficiency in basic property management software and Microsoft Office.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
