Facilities Coordinator

You deserve a job you love Volt is immediately hiring Facilities Coordinator in Chico, CA As a Facilities Coordinator , you will: Be responsible for serving as the primary gatekeeper for visitors, enforcing building access policies, and maintaining a safe, clean, professional lobby. Be responsible for performing routine administrative tasks, assisting managers and coworkers, and supporting overall facility operations. Be responsible for coordinating mail and delivery services, including receiving, sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail with carriers and the Postal Service. Be responsible for managing supplies and vendors by placing orders, tracking inventories, and overseeing on?site vendors, catering, and equipment service/repair. Be responsible for arranging general repairs, overseeing maintenance services, and ensuring amenities are provided for breakrooms and conference rooms. Be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external sources. This is a full time, Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) - 1-2 years Office administration / office manager background - 1-2 years Valid Driver's License Strong organizational skills
