At Riser Fitness, we are committed to operational excellence across every studio location; the Facilities Assistant plays a key role in making that happen.Position Summary:
The Facilities Assistant supports the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day execution of facilities operations across all active and new studio locations. This role is responsible for processing equipment and supply orders, coordinating furniture orders, maintaining the Facilities Manual, tracking safety certifications, providing first-line IT support, and resolving facilities tickets in a timely and organized manner. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recurring workflows across a large portfolio of studio locations. This position partners with the Facilities Manager, vendors, and studio leadership to ensure all locations remain equipped, compliant, and operating smoothly.The Day-to-day:
Facilities Tickets Own the day-to-day facilities ticket queue (approximately 25 hours per week), triaging, routing, and resolving requests from studio teams. Track ticket status and follow up to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping . Facilities Manual Maintain and update the Facilities Manual, ensuring standards and procedures remain current and accessible to studio teams. Soft Opening & Acquisition Checklist Assist Facilities Manager with all checklist tasks Equipment & Supply Management Process Equipment Replenishment Orders for active studio locations, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Process Initial Supply Orders for new studio builds & Acquisitions, coordinating with vendors to meet opening timelines. Furniture Orders Manage active furniture orders for studio locations, tracking status from order placement through delivery. Cleaning Service Contracts Support ongoing management of cleaning service contracts, including scheduling, service quality follow-up, and vendor communication. Safety Certification Tracking Maintain ongoing tracking of AED and First Aid certifications across studio locations, flagging upcoming renewals . IT Support Provide first-line IT support for Wi-Fi, phone systems, speakers and music platforms across studio locations. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Facilities Manager or appropriate vendor as needed. Is this you? 1+ years of experience in facilities support, administrative operations, or multi-unit customer service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring workflows and deadlines. Comfort working with SaaS platforms, ticketing systems, and studio management systems (e.g., Teamwork) Basic troubleshooting familiarity with Wi-Fi, phone systems, and music platforms, or willingness to learn. High attention to detail and follow-through on recurring administrative processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with studios and vendors. Ability to work independently while following established standards and escalation paths.
