BASIC FUNCTION
The Facilities Development Project Manager II will Perform a combination of project coordination and liaison duties for several simultaneous architectural, construction and remodeling projects and assist senior level architectural staff with modernization projects. VACANCY / POSITION SPECIFICS
Working Location:
Facilities Planning & Construction . 4860 Ruffner Street, San Diego, CA 92111 The District covers a large portion of San Diego County. Refer to the District Area Map at this Link and make sure to identify any and all specific area(s) you are interested in working in. Salary:
This position is paid on the OTBS Salary Schedule. Grade 056. To view the Salary Schedule, click here. Positions 20 hours per week or greater qualify for District-paid health and wellness benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents. Vacancies that require the incumbent to be Bilingual will be noted. Candidates considered for positions that require bilingual skills will be invited to a Performance Test (Qualifying Only) for oral and written fluency. Bilingual positions qualify for a 5% bilingual differential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible paid related work experience.
