Job Duties Assess cosmetic conditions of incoming electronics Perform various warehouse duties such as cleaning and processing hardware Sanitize, clean, and remove any unnecessary labels/stickers Manage our warehouse inventory and prepare items for delivery or pick-up Pick and pack orders Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety. Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures. Good organizational and time management skills. Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience cleaning commercial, industrial, office, healthcare, educational, or manufacturing facilities is preferred. Experience operating floor care equipment, buffers, scrubbers, or other custodial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical usage, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and pride in their work are well positioned for success as a Facility Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment. Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
