A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

EDUCATION
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or minimum six (6) years of equivalent work experiencePHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent and prolonged periods of standing, walking extended distances, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, or walking on uneven ground while performing duties. Reaching or stretching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction. Physical labor, lifting, pushing, carrying, or pulling of objects/material up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors, in a dusty environment prone to temperature variations and inclement weather. Prolonged sitting in front of computer. Talking, hearing, not exposed to extreme noise level, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.APPLICATION PROCEDURE
