Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
• Provide recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bar tops, glasses, utensils, and equipment
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Assist with food service duties as needed, such as taking food orders or delivering food to tables
• Clear tables and assist with bussing duties to maintain a clean and organized dining area ```

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food handling safety regulations is a plus
