Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Goleta, CA. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience in maintenance coordination, property management, facilities support, construction administration, dispatch, or a related service operations environment. The Maintenance Coordinator will help manage maintenance requests from intake through completion, ensuring work orders are prioritized, scheduled, documented, and approved for billing. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, clear processes, and daily collaboration with technicians, vendors, residents, customers, and internal operations staff. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating moving parts, supporting field teams, and keeping service operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance requests from intake through completion, including scheduling, follow-up, documentation, and billing readiness. Answer calls and monitor requests received by phone, email, voicemail, and online systems. Prioritize urgent and routine work orders, assign jobs to technicians and vendors, and monitor open work orders for timely completion. Review completed work for accuracy, including labor, materials, notes, photos, and required documentation. Respond to vendor, resident, and customer questions while resolving service issues and escalations. Provide daily direction, workload coordination, and training support to a Maintenance Operations Assistant.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$27.00 to $31.00 per hour.

Full-time, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
