Job Description

Medical Courier & Facilities Coordinator $21-$24/hour | Full-time | Company vehicle provided Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Medical Courier & Facilities Coordinator to support our six Sacramento-area clinics. This position is based in Granite Bay and travels between all six locations daily using a company-owned vehicle. The primary focus of this role is transporting clinical specimens, supplies, documents, and other materials between our clinics and in-house laboratory. The position also assists with supply ordering, company vehicle maintenance coordination, and light facility maintenance. This is an independent, on-the-go position requiring excellent time management, practical problem-solving skills, and good judgment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of assigned tasks without requiring constant supervision, recognizes when something needs attention, and can determine whether it can be handled safely and competently in-house or should be referred to a qualified outside vendor. Responsibilities Drive a daily route between six clinic locations Safely transport clinical specimens to our in-house laboratory Deliver supplies, inter-office mail, equipment, and other materials between clinics Monitor and order routine office and facility supplies Schedule routine maintenance and service for the company vehicle Perform light maintenance such as paint touch-ups, hanging artwork, replacing accessible lightbulbs, and minor repairs Identify facility issues and determine whether they can be handled safely in-house or require a qualified professional Communicate with vendors and obtain pricing for repairs or supplies as needed Receive, manage, and complete assigned tasks through our internal app and email system, including providing timely status updates and communicating when additional direction or assistance is needed Complete assigned deliveries and tasks efficiently and move promptly between clinic locations Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Must provide a current Motor Vehicle Record during the hiring process Previous basic maintenance, handyman, property maintenance, facilities, or similar experience - 1 year Comfortable using basic hand tools and completing minor repairs Good judgment regarding safety, cost, and when work should be referred to a qualified or licensed professional Comfortable using email, smartphones, apps, and web-based systems; able to learn new technology quickly Reliable, organized, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to manage multiple assignments and priorities throughout the workday Benefits Insurance - medical, vision, dental Retirement plan Generous PTO plan M-F schedule

Provided for work-related travel Starting pay within the range is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
