Salary:

Comprehensive benefits package and paid time off Job Details Relevant technical degree or trade certification in engineering, facilities management, building systems, or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance management experience, preferably within hospitality, resorts, commercial buildings, or another complex facility environment. Strong experience overseeing facility systems, maintenance programs, and capital projects. Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams. Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems. Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility operations. Strong project management experience, including vendor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and energy-efficiency practices.
