WHO YOU ARE
You have real experience working with children in a camp, after school program, YMCA, school, or similar setting You are physically strong, active, and comfortable with hands-on labor throughout the day You can lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment, furniture, and supplies without hesitation You are dependable — when you say you will be there, you are there, on time and ready You are great with kids — you know how to engage them, redirect them, and hold the line when you need to You are calm under pressure and don't rattle easily — kids, messes, and unexpected situations are all in a day's work You take pride in a clean, organized, well-run space You are a strong team player who communicates well with teachers and staff You are comfortable completing basic paperwork including incident reports and OWI forms First Aid / CPR certification is preferred or you are willing to obtain it upon hiring Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
