We are now seeking a General Manager / Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community at Fairwinds West Hills ! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who's passionate about hospitality, customer service, and enhancing the lives of older adults.
What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and direction to all departments and staff Build and maintain a positive, service-driven community culture Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive results Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals Recruit, train, and retain top talent Oversee maintenance and operations to ensure high-quality standards
What We're Looking For:
Senior living or hospitality leadership experience required RCFE license in required 3+ years of progressive management experience Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills Administrator's License preferred Proven ability to manage multiple departments and priorities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Must have ability to support community as needed, including occasional weekends and after hours if needed
