Job Description
Description Facilities Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations of the workplace and ensure facilities run efficiently. This role will coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, office projects, and workplace operations while providing a positive experience for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and work orders
+ Manage vendor relationships and service providers
+ Conduct office inspections and address building-related issues
+ Track preventative maintenance schedules and facility projects
+ Assist with space planning, office moves, and workstation setups
+ Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory
+ Support workplace safety and compliance initiatives
+ Provide general administrative support related to facilities operations Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of facilities, workplace, office operations, or property management experience
+ Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and work order/CMMS systems
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
