Job Description
Facilities AssistantPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office and facilities team. This role will assist with maintenance coordination, office setup, inventory management, and workplace support to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with facility maintenance requests and work ordersCoordinate office moves, furniture setups, and workstation arrangementsMonitor and replenish office, breakroom, and facility suppliesSupport vendor visits and building service requestsConduct routine office inspections and report maintenance issuesAssist with mail distribution, shipping, and receivingSupport workplace safety initiatives and office operations projects
