Job Description
Description Facilities Assistant Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office and facilities team. This role will assist with maintenance coordination, office setup, inventory management, and workplace support to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities
+ Assist with facility maintenance requests and work orders
+ Coordinate office moves, furniture setups, and workstation arrangements
+ Monitor and replenish office, breakroom, and facility supplies
+ Support vendor visits and building service requests
+ Conduct routine office inspections and report maintenance issues
+ Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and receiving
+ Support workplace safety initiatives and office operations projects Requirements Qualifications + 1+ years of facilities, office services, maintenance, or administrative experience
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Ability to lift and move office equipment and supplies as needed
+ Basic Microsoft Office skills
