Description Facilities Coordinator | Keep Things Running! We're looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and keeping the workplace running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

+ Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and work orders

+ Support office moves, furniture setups, and space needs

+ Manage supplies, inventory, shipping, and receiving

+ Conduct facility walkthroughs and address workplace issues

+ Support events, meetings, and special projects

+ Partner with employees and vendors on day-to-day facility needs
