Description We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Facilities Coordinator to help keep the workplace safe, organized, and running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Coordinate daily facilities, maintenance, and workplace requests

+ Manage vendors, work orders, supplies, and service appointments

+ Support office moves, furniture setups, and space planning

+ Conduct workplace walkthroughs and help resolve facility issues

+ Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and office operations

+ Support meetings, events, and special workplace projects

Requirements What We're Looking For:

+ Strong organization and problem-solving skills

+ Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities

+ Strong communication and customer service skills
