Job Description

JSG is hiring a Facilities Coordinator / Admin Assistant for our client in Pasadena, CA to support daily office operations and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
Pay rate:
$28-$30 Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including mail, supplies, conference rooms, and break rooms. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues. Coordinate with building management, maintenance teams, vendors, and service providers. Monitor and follow up on work orders through resolution. Process department invoices and maintain required documentation. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, moves, adds, and changes. Maintain office seating assignments through Archibus. Support office safety programs, including emergency evacuation plans, inspections, SDS, AEDs, fire extinguishers, and first-aid supplies. Assist with sustainability reporting and other corporate reporting requirements. Partner with Facilities, HR, IT, Security, and other internal teams. Ensure compliance with company, safety, contractual, and ethical standards. Perform other facilities and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 8-10 years of relevant administrative, facilities, or office operations experience, including some lead experience. Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and internet search tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with facility maintenance and workplace safety regulations preferred. #
