This role ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment supporting a wide range of processes including plating, chemical processing, punch press operations, heat treat, blasting, NDT inspection, CNC machining, and assembly. Essential Duties Facilities & Maintenance Management Plan, schedule, prioritize, and supervise all maintenance activities involving machine tools, electrical systems, buildings, and grounds. Organize, direct, and control maintenance personnel engaged in repair, modification, and preventive maintenance work. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams to meet manufacturing schedules and minimize disruptions. Maintain documentation including equipment specifications, diagrams, maintenance records, and compliance logs. Plan and manage facilities-related projects including equipment installation, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors; ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Provide leadership and oversight of all EH&S programs to ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable local/state regulations. Ensure the effective implementation and execution of safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all operations, with direct support from the EH&S Specialist. Ensure proper systems are in place for the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, including chemicals used in plating and processing operations. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, and EH&S within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or highly regulated industries strongly preferred. Must have knowledge of skilled trades including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, industrial equipment, and facility infrastructure. In-depth understanding of EH&S regulations (OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials handling). Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
