Job Description

O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable company to find their next Facilities Associate in Redding, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys a hands-on role supporting daily operations, meetings, events, and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
Facilities Associate Compensation:
$22.50•$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2 Company perks! 90-day temporary assignment with the opportunity for permanent hire
Facilities Associate Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday:
6:30 AM•4:00
PM Friday:
7:00 AM•11:00 AM Regular overtime required, including approximately two evening meetings per week and two Saturdays per month
Facilities Associate Qualifications:
3-5 years of facilities, custodial, janitorial, hospitality, guest services, or related experience preferred Experience performing detailed cleaning while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude Ability to work the required schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends Valid California driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Facilities Associate Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, guest rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas Prepare meeting and event spaces before and after use Assist with meeting and event setup, support, and teardown Maintain outdoor courtyards, entryways, and exterior areas Complete laundry and keep linens organized and stocked Restock kitchens, break rooms, and facility supplies Remove trash, recycling, and compost throughout the property Provide exceptional customer service to staff, guests, and visitors Report maintenance, safety, and supply concerns as needed Perform additional facilities-related duties as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
