You will perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems while responding to facility issues and supporting ongoing facility projects. The role requires a mechanically and electrically capable technician who can troubleshoot problems independently, prioritize work, and maintain reliable facility operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Respond to facility service requests and prioritize work based on safety, operational impact, and urgency Work independently during second shift while coordinating with day-shift Facilities personnel, vendors, contractors, and on-call resources as needed Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility systems and equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building infrastructure issues Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms, equipment failures, leaks, utility issues, and other operational needs Support operation and maintenance of HVAC, exhaust systems, pumps, compressed air, industrial utilities, and other facility infrastructure Support facility upgrades, equipment installations, remodels, and expansion projects in coordination with the 1st Shift Facilities team Identify abnormal operating conditions and escalate significant safety, equipment, or operational issues Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and documentation within the company's
