You will perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems while responding to facility issues and supporting ongoing facility projects. The role requires a mechanically and electrically capable technician who can troubleshoot problems independently, prioritize work, and maintain reliable facility operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Respond to facility service requests and prioritize work based on safety, operational impact, and urgency Work independently during second shift while coordinating with day-shift Facilities personnel, vendors, contractors, and on-call resources as needed Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility systems and equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building infrastructure issues Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms, equipment failures, leaks, utility issues, and other operational needs Support operation and maintenance of HVAC, exhaust systems, pumps, compressed air, industrial utilities, and other facility infrastructure Support facility upgrades, equipment installations, remodels, and expansion projects in coordination with the 1st Shift Facilities team Identify abnormal operating conditions and escalate significant safety, equipment, or operational issues Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and documentation within the company's

system Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on facilities, industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related experience Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams, equipment manuals, and construction drawings Preferred Skills and Experience Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other relevant trade certification or license Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or other high-tech environments Experience with 120/208V and 277/480V electrical systems, BAS, generators, & emergency power Experience with industrial utilities, compressed gases, cryogenic systems, pumps, or similar facility infrastructure Experience using

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
