⭐ Region General Manager Launch a New Facility. Build the Team. Lead With Impact. We re seeking a dynamic, people-centered operational leader to help open and launch a new distribution facility in the Riverside, California, area and oversee ongoing regional warehouse operations. If you re motivated by building teams, establishing strong operations from the ground up, championing safety, and delivering measurable results, this is an opportunity to shape the success of a new facility and the broader region. What You ll Lead As our Region General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in preparing the new Riverside-area facility for opening, supporting its successful start-up and ramp-up, and providing ongoing leadership for daily operations, team performance, and long-term strategic goals. Your Impact Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, Safety, IT, and other stakeholders to prepare the facility for a successful opening Help establish staffing plans, operational procedures, performance expectations, and training processes for the new facility Recruit, develop, and lead the facility s management and operational teams Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory flow, picking, shipping, and returns Support go-live activities, operational ramp-up, and the stabilization of the new facility Inspire and guide teams while strengthening a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence Champion safety and food-safety compliance, including OSHA, FDA, BRCGS, and internal standards Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and facility efficiency Lead labor planning, budgeting, and P&L performance Partner with HR to recruit, coach, develop, and retain top talent Build strong community relationships and support local business-development initiatives The Ideal Candidate Has 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment Has experience opening, expanding, or significantly ramping up a warehouse or distribution facility Brings strong operational knowledge of inbound and outbound processes, storage, retrieval, inventory flow, and transportation Communicates clearly, leads with confidence, and drives team accountability Understands WMS, RF systems, warehouse financial processes, and operational performance metrics Builds positive relationships and develops people at every level Has experience with OSHA, FDA, food-safety, and other regulated warehouse operations; experience working in a BRCGS-certified facility or supporting BRCGS certification is strongly preferred Holds a bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field-or equivalent relevant experience Is available to work on-site in the Riverside, California area and provide the schedule flexibility needed during facility start-up and ramp-up Why This Role Matters This is a key leadership opportunity to help build a new operation from the ground up, influence its culture, develop a strong team, and deliver operational excellence.
