Working with facility team Work closely with Church staff and volunteers on facility needs Assure the Church building and campus is prepared for all events Work with tenants on any facility needs and issues Work closely with vendors to make repairs on the Church building Have a strong knowledge of building systems Be able to make minor repairs as required Create future maintenance plans Proactively improve campus look and feel Landscape management Proactively look for maintenance opportunities Coordinate regular maintenance on all building systems Set-up for events as needed Must have a friendly and helpful attitude toward all staff, volunteers, visitors and vendors
