Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees Facilities and Support team members.

Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and disciplines as necessaryEnsures efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, including but not limited to: walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services and off-site storageMaintains accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the building and creates a schedule of regular housekeeping and cleanliness for the storeGuarantees exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulationsAssesses the ongoing condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment in order to anticipate needs and resolve problemsEnsures the safety of the building from fire, flood or other hazardsOversees inventory and vendor relationshipsPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping, Facilities or Custodial Supervisor or ManagerExperience successfully managing a large teamExcellent time management, communication and problem-solving skillsBilingual in English and SpanishJob RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to exert well-paced mobility for 8 hours in length, including standing, walking, bending and squattingAbility to withstand extreme temperatures for extended periods of timeOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) CertificationAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyReferral bonus programand more!
Compensation:
Pay range is set at $80k - $90k Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
