Full Time Annual Salary:
$72,800 - $95,000 DOE Stanford Court, a Generations Healthcare, is seeking a Business Office Manager to support our skilled nursing facility. This is a supportive role which works closely with the Corporate AR Team to serve as Business Office Manager (BOM).
Position Overview:
Responsible for independent oversight of business office functions and day-to-day accounting functions when acting as interim BOM. Must adhere to all company policies, government regulations, and cost reimbursement principles. This position also assists with special projects, health plan payer resolutions, training, analysis, and audits.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of skilled nursing & long-term care billing and collection practices and techniques, (Medicare/Medicaid). Decentralized billing experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization. Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines. Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite applications.
