Shift:
First shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm What's the Job? Maintain and support the daily operations of commercial facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and comfort for occupants Participate in preventive maintenance activities on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Respond promptly to service requests and emergency issues, coordinating with external vendors and contractors as needed Conduct safety inspections, testing safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and local regulations Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and management, supporting meeting and event setups What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read floorplans and technical documents/manuals Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
