Job Description

Facility Manager Caring Concern Residential Homes is a small business with a vision to be the best in the industry. We are a family owned business and we take our responsibility to our clients and employees seriously. We are looking for a Facility Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide the best quality of life possible to our residents! Job Description The Facility Manager will be responsible for helping to improved the quality of life for a home of 6 individuals at an ICF-DDN facility, who have special needs. FM will work closely with the QIDP, Administrator and RN to ensure that our staff team is doing all that they can to support the health and wellbeing of everyone. FM is on call to manage their homes schedule issues (i.e. call offs, time off requested, etc.) and will be responsible for writing the schedule and ensuring adequate staffing at all times. FM will ensure that the staff team is implementing ADL's (activities of daily living) and train staff to be productive in the workplace. Supportive training will be provided as well. Hours will be 2-10pm /1-9pm five days a week (although open to am/pm splits if preferred), including at least one weekend shift. Our main objective is to support individuals to be healthy, happy and engaged in meaningful activities throughout the day. Weekends Requirements:
2+ years of Caregiving Experience with Developmentally Disabled individuals Ability to manage staff and scheduling Ability to manage house supplies and shopping needs Strong attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to work with a small team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with a wide range of clients from severely medically fragile to individuals that need assistance to promote independence
