Job Description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial construction and development, is seeking a Facilities Construction Project Managerto join their team. As a Facilities Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting industrial facility projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Contract to direct hire potential.

- What's the Job?
- + Lead hands-on project execution for manufacturing facility developments, expansions, and modernization efforts from concept through commissioning + Manage process planning advisory services, working directly with manufacturing engineers and operations teams to optimize workflows and facility layouts + Oversee power infrastructure projects including electrical upgrades, backup power systems, and energy distribution improvements critical to manufacturing operations + Coordinate with plant managers, maintenance teams, and production staff to minimize operational disruptions during project execution + Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with a focus on manufacturing downtime impacts and production constraints •What's Needed?
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical field + PMP certification or equivalent project management certification + Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, or heavy commercial/industrial construction environments + Proven track record of managing complex manufacturing facility projects/CAPEX + Hands-on experience working in active manufacturing environments with understanding of production operations, safety protocols, and minimal-downtime project execution •What's in it for me?
