As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will have the opportunity to supervise, train, and lead security officers on-site, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations Handle discipline and termination following company policyDuties/Responsibilities:
Maintain security and safety of designated work area Patrol facility to ensure safety and security Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changesRequired Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills Ability to function well in high-paced and stressful environments Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEducation and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent At least three years of related supervisory experiencePhysical Requirements:
