- JLL What this job involves: The Facilities Coordinator
- Events provides critical operational, administrative, and hands-on support across the Google Colorado campuses.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools, platforms, and calendar systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make critical decisions, and manage stressful situations calmly. Physical capability to perform active, physical setups (lifting, pushing, and moving tables, chairs, and event decor) for approximately 50% of the workday, including the ability to work on ladders. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of partnering successfully with clients, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams. Flexibility to adjust standard working hours to support specific event schedules and business needs.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior professional experience in hospitality, event management, or customer-facing operations Previous experience in facilities management, property operations, or corporate real estate Familiarity with event coordination, space scheduling, and calendar management platforms Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations, critical facility standards, and vendor procurement/management Basic understanding of technical building systems, such as HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical or electrical systems.Location :
Boulder, CO (Primary site: 2930 Pearl St., Boulder, CO, with travel required to support multiple Google Colorado campus locations)Work Shift:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM (with flexibility required to adjust hours for scheduled events based on business needs)
Salary :
$45,400 to $59,480 This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:
50,000.00- 60,920.
