What You'll Do:
PERSEC Oversight:
Acting as the site-level authority to ensure that the centralized Personnel Security (PERSEC) team is operating in full compliance with NISPOM standards; auditing their processes to ensure the site remains compliant.Database Governance:
Serving as the subject matter expert for government security systems, verifying that NISS, DISS, and NBIS are accurately updated and utilizing internal SIMs databases for corporate reporting.Special Access Oversight:
Managing the rigorous requirements associated with Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), ensuring strict adherence to access protocols and safeguarding measures.DCSA Liaison:
Leading the facility through DCSA compliance inspections, leveraging a proven track record of success to ensure zero critical findings and maintain the facility's standing.Physical & Industrial Security:
Governing the security of the manufacturing floor and secure areas, ensuring that physical barriers, alarms, and access controls meet the stringent requirements for a Top Secret facility. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary.On-Site Work Environment:
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree plus 10 or more years related experience. Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. A current, active Top Secret security clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Polygraph.Experience:
10+ years of experience as an FSO or Assistant FSO, with a proven track record of successfully managing DCSA compliance inspections for a Top Secret facility.Technical Skills:
Mastery of NISS, DISS, and NBIS; expert knowledge of NISPOM, SAP, and SCI safeguarding protocols.Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to provide firm but professional oversight of centralized teams to ensure regulatory compliance. #LI-JL2Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Certifications:
Completion of the CDSE (Center for Development of Security Excellence) FSO course, NCMS ISP Certification.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$134640 - $228888 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
