Occupational Therapist Assistant LiveWell Homecare Agency Broomfield, CO Job Details 20 hours ago Qualifications Occupational Therapy Assistant License Full Job Description We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation efforts in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities include:
Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering rehabilitative services to patients Help patients perform exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility Observe, document, and report patient progress Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and equipment use Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Maintain clean treatment areas and adhere to safety standards Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Minimum of one year of experience in the role Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling
