Job Description

Dayton Arena & Athletic Facility Manager General Scope of Duties Connecticut College seeks qualified candidates to serve as the Dayton Arena & Athletic Facility Manager to deliver high quality, well-maintained athletic facilities with a focus on Dayton Arena. In the off-season, this position will assist the Associate Athletic Director for Facility & Operations with athletic facilities and field operations, rentals and maintenance. General Duties and Responsibilities The arena manager will coordinate all operations for Dayton Arena, including but not limited to the overall planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation of programming, the supervision of arena staff, and maintenance for all arena systems. Hire, supervise, and train Dayton Arena employees - Ice Rink Assistant and on-call Zamboni drivers.
