Haynes Group is a diversified company engaged in real estate development, construction, property management, and materials (quarry) operations . Our portfolio includes mixed-use, commercial, residential, and industrial properties, including Quarry Walk , our flagship mixed-use development in Oxford, Connecticut. This leadership role will oversee all Haynes Group real estate assets , ensuring properties operate efficiently, safely, and at the highest standard of quality and providing white glove service to our customers and our clients, while supporting the company's continued development and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations and facilities management across all company real estate assets Ensure buildings, infrastructure, and grounds are maintained to high standards of safety, functionality, and appearance Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems and infrastructure Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety systems, elevators, and other critical building systems Manage parking areas, roadways, landscaping, lighting, and snow removal operations Supervise capital improvement projects, repairs, and renovations Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers Develop and oversee operating budgets and assist with capital planning Serve as a leadership contact for commercial tenants Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Work closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager on daily operations and with the Community/Leasing Manager , for residential tenant relationships Qualifications Proven property or facilities management experience Experience managing mixed-use, commercial, or residential properties Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure operations Experience managing vendors, contracts, and capital projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills This is an opportunity to lead property operations for a growing organization with a diverse and expanding portfolio. Qualifications Qualifications Proven experience in managing property and facilities Experience managing mixed-use, commercial, or residential properties Demonstrate high energy, sense of urgency and embrace challenges. Experience managing tenant and customer relations, vendors, contracts, and capital projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill.
