Flexible (Travel Required) Mindseeker is seeking an experienced hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance across multiple international locations. The Facilities Manager will have a strong background in managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and HVAC systems, and have experience in working in diverse international environments.Job Summary:
As a Facility Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's facilities, including MEP and HVAC systems. You will be a key member of the client's team, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local laws.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-today facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of MEP and HVAC systems. Conduct routine inspection and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local laws and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to the local facilities team.Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably some in an international setting. Hands-on experience in managing MEP and HVAC systems. Strong technical knowledge of facilities, operations, and maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in English (written and verbal), Arabic language is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally on a rotational basis.Preferred Qualification:
International experience working in diverse cultural environments. Certification in facilities management (IFMA, CFMA, etc.) Experience with computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) Compensation package to include: Competitive salary and benefit package.
