Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
FACILITY MANAGER
to join our team at Marine Corps Base Hawaii , OAHU, HI . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and direct the daily operations of facility infrastructure, ensuring all building systems meet organizational and safety standards for a 3,800 sqft ICD 705 accredited structure in a unique setting. Oversee Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure consisting of closed-loop/chilled water system in 3 zones; facility power and back-up power supported by generators; fire-suppression systems of both
NOVEC 123
dry agent/VESDA and wet; and
STC 50/RF
Shielded security doors. Responsible for Scheduling, Administration, and Documentation of all Preventative and Corrective Maintenance; and coordinating with primary MEP support contractor. Implement organizational policies and coordinate with multiple organizations to ensure uninterrupted facility services and administrative support. Lead the coordination of local service providers and engineers to resolve complex facility deficiencies affecting operations. Assist the Site Security Manager with security related issues including escort duties within the
SCIF/SAPF
when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related and at least 10 years in facility management. A total of 15 years experience in facilities management required without a degree. Working knowledge of Building Management Systems. Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or a related field. Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or similar DoD agencies. Knowledge of MIL-STD facility maintenance and security protocols. Experience in Mechanical, Engineering, and Plumbing (MEP)
Clearance Requirement:
Must have an active current TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
