Duties Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems, including electrical equipment repair, schematics interpretation, and electrical work using tools such as ohmmeters. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs. Carry out carpentry, painting, welding, and other building interior maintenance activities to uphold facility standards. Maintain plumbing systems through repair, replacement, and routine inspections of plumbing systems and fixtures. Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and perform facilities equipment maintenance efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while performing tasks related to electrical work, plumbing, mechanical repairs, or building interior maintenance. Document all maintenance activities thoroughly through logs, reports, and inspection records to support operational transparency. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical knowledge. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment confidently. Strong knowledge of facilities equipment maintenance procedures including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and building interior upkeep. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues using technical manuals or schematics with attention to detail. Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
