About Us Honey Bee RV Storage is a rapidly growing national leader in RV storage and has an opening for a full-time Facility Property & Sales Manager of two of its facilities in 24300 S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, FL 34134 & 6601 Industrial Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33912. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual interested in driving excellence in property management and occupancy in a growing organization. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Property Manager to oversee our Fort Myers facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving occupancy rates. You will report directly to the Direction of Operations.

Key Responsibilities Business Development:

Build relationships with local businesses, including traveling within the market to locate and speak with referral sources about our facility.

Customer Engagement:

Provide exceptional support to potential and existing customers regarding RV storage needs and services.

Marketing Initiatives:

Identify and implement local marketing opportunities to enhance brand recognition.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the centralized customer care and facilities teams to address any site-related issues and improve customer experiences.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records in our property management system, ensuring all customer documentation is complete.

Facility Oversight:

Regularly inspect the facility ensuring customer compliance with lease terms.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure that the facility meets or exceeds brand standards with regular upkeep and minor maintenance.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in residential or commercial service sales or self-storage sales. Similar experience will be considered.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Office software, and an ability to work independently. Requirements Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Flexibility to work weekends as needed. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50lbs. Must be able to pass background check.

Benefits Salary :

$45,000 - $50,000 annually, determined by experience. Performance-based incentives, rewarding hard work, can amount to 20% of salary, paid quarterly.
