Job Description

Job Summary Provides a great experience for students, instructors, and employees by ensuring all facilities are well equipped and well maintained to ensure an efficient, productive and enjoyable place to train and work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate routine repairs, service requests, and preventive-maintenance activities across ATP's nationwide network of facilities. Receive, document, prioritize, assign, and follow through on facility maintenance issues through completion. Obtain vendor quotes, schedule service providers, confirm work scope, and monitor quality, timeliness, and cost. Coordinate facility needs, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, paint, flooring, landscaping, furniture, signage, cleaning, and general building upkeep. Serve as a point of contact for local staff, landlords, airport/FBO personnel, property managers, and service vendors regarding facility issues. Interface with property owners and/or managers for leased properties Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving ATP facilities Completes other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, construction management, or a related field preferred. Two to four years of experience coordinating facilities, property management, maintenance operations, construction administration, vendor management, or multi-site retail/service operations. Experience managing work orders, vendor invoices, service contracts, and repair quotes preferred. Experience supporting multiple locations or a geographically dispersed portfolio strongly preferred.
