This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in facility management, client relations, and operational support within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and service delivery. Support contractor coordination including scheduling, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking. Help conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Assist in resolving client issues and complaints promptly and professionally. Support the maintenance and updating of client records, Building Information Sheets (BIS), and other documentation. Contribute to the preparation of reports and operational plans. Assist with procurement and inventory management of supplies for client sites. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and contractors. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.
