Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support daily workplace operations in Atlanta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage changing priorities, maintain organized facilities processes, and provide dependable on-site support. The role includes coordinating room setups, handling office moves, assisting with package and catering logistics, and helping keep the workplace safe, functional, and well maintained.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day facility activities, including room setup changes, furniture movement support, and workspace reconfigurations.
  • Arrange routine building maintenance and follow up on repair requests involving key building systems such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Monitor the work of cleaning, landscaping, security, and other service providers to confirm services are completed effectively.
  • Support vendor coordination by scheduling visits, reviewing completed work, and helping maintain service documentation and agreements.
  • Maintain facility records, track supply levels, and assist with purchasing materials needed for ongoing operations.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, work order follow-up, budget-related tracking, and general office coordination tasks.
  • Assist with receiving packages, coordinating catering pickups, and managing cleanup after meetings or events.
  • Help uphold workplace safety standards by supporting compliance activities, emergency preparedness efforts, and safe operating procedures.
