Job Summary:

The Mobile HVAC Service Technician performs comprehensive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems while maintaining high standards of client service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Service Delivery:

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment

Territory and Client Management Technical Operations Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Universal EPA/CFC certification (required) Valid state driver's license with clean driving record Knowledge of overall

MEP/HVAC

system design and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Military experience with HVAC systems (may substitute for 1 year of commercial experience) Experience with building automation systems and CMMS technology Strong English language skills including technical documentation abilities Previous experience in commercial facilities service environment I look forward to connecting soon!
