Job Summary We are seeking a Korean/English Bilingual Facilities & SIE Assistant Manager to oversee facility maintenance, vendor and contractor management, site security, and environmental compliance at a manufacturing facility. This position will supervise a small SIE team and report directly to the Chief of HR. Key Responsibilities Oversee facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire safety issues Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects Manage vendors and contractors, including quotes, scheduling, work quality, and invoices Support CCTV, access control, onsite security, and CTPAT compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, fire safety, and environmental requirements Coordinate facility-related audits and maintain compliance documentation Supervise SIE staff and assign daily priorities and responsibilities Respond to urgent facility, security, or operational issues as needed Coordinate projects with internal departments, vendors, and contractors Perform occasional hands-on troubleshooting or minor repairs when needed Qualifications Korean/English bilingual required 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, industrial maintenance, construction/project management, EHS, or related operations Minimum 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance Experience managing vendors and contractors Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and project coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and document preparation Manufacturing or industrial facility experience preferred

OSHA 30, NFPA
