For most companies, warehouse and office operations happen behind the scenes. For us, they are a core part of the customer experience. Every organized shelf, accurate inventory count, carefully packed order, and clean workspace helps us better serve the women who trust us. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Office & Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our office, warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations organized and running smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in creating order, notices details others may miss, and treats the office and warehouse as if it were their own home. You should be comfortable physically handling products, organizing spaces, packing orders, counting inventory, cleaning or coordinating cleaning, and creating simple systems that help the business operate better. This is not a desk-only role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. What You'll DoWarehouse Organization and Inventory Receive, organize, stock, and move products and supplies as needed Keep shelves, storage areas, packing areas, and inventory zones clean and organized Conduct regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate records Monitor product flow, including what is coming in, what is going out, and what may need to be restocked Identify inventory issues, discrepancies, low stock, damaged items, or misplaced products Help create and maintain systems for where items belong and how products should be stored Make sure the warehouse is easy to navigate and set up for efficient daily work Shipping and Packing Support Help pack customer orders accurately and carefully Support timely shipping of products Check that orders are packed with the correct items and proper materials Help maintain packing supplies and alert the team when materials are running low Assist with shipping workflows, labels, order organization, and carrier pickups as needed Look for ways to reduce mistakes and improve the packing and shipping process Office Flow and Organization Keep the office, warehouse, and shared spaces organized, stocked, and presentable Set up cleaning, coordinate cleaning needs, or help clean directly when needed Manage office supplies and make sure commonly used items are available Notice when areas are messy, inefficient, unsafe, or disorganized and take action Help create a workspace that feels clean, calm, functional, and well cared for Support day-to-day administrative tasks that help the office run smoothly Process Improvement and Ownership Create simple systems to improve organization, inventory tracking, packing, and daily workflows Spot recurring issues and suggest practical improvements Document processes so work can be done consistently Take initiative when something needs to be fixed, organized, cleaned, counted, or followed up on Help the team move from reactive problem-solving to more organized daily operations Support the business as needs change and new priorities come up As You Grow in the Role Take more ownership over inventory tracking and warehouse organization Help improve shipping accuracy and fulfillment efficiency Build repeatable systems for stocking, cleaning, supplies, and product flow Become a trusted point person for office and warehouse readiness Help identify operational gaps before they become bigger problems Support additional operations projects as the business grows What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Hands-on and comfortable with physical work Willing to stock items, move products, organize shelves, pack orders, and clean when needed Strong sense of ownership and pride in keeping a space well run Able to notice what needs to be done without always being told Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to follow instructions while also improving processes over time Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory, shipping, and office tools Clear communication and ability to flag issues early Comfortable working in a small business environment where needs may change quickly Prior warehouse, inventory, shipping, office coordination, retail stockroom, or operations experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, organize shelves, and move around the office and warehouse throughout the day Ability to lift and carry boxes, products, and supplies as needed Comfortable performing hands-on tasks including stocking, packing, organizing, and light cleaning What Success Looks Like Products are easy to find, properly stocked, and accurately counted Orders are packed carefully and shipped in a timely manner Inventory records are more accurate and reliable over time The office and warehouse feel organized, clean, and functional Supplies are stocked before they run out Issues are flagged early instead of becoming urgent problems Simple systems are created so the team can work more efficiently The team can rely on you to notice what needs attention and take ownership Why Join Us Be part of a company focused on improving women's health Help build the operational foundation of a growing consumer brand Gain hands-on experience across warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, and office management Work in a role where your organization and attention to detail directly impact the customer experience Opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company grows How to Apply If this sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
