This individual will manage budgets, accruals, forecasting, variance reporting, and provide weekly and monthly financial updates to leadership while ensuring operational goals are met. The Facilities Manager will oversee building engineering and maintenance personnel, prioritize work through a CMMS , and maintain strong communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-driven facilities professional who can independently manage site issues, develop solutions, and ensure efficient operations with minimal direction.
