Facility Solutions Associate describes a role that serves as the primary point of contact for clients and independent contractors, helping ensure facilities are serviced to the highest standards while identifying opportunities for business growth At City Wide Facility Solutions, we help businesses maintain clean, safe, and productive environments. We're looking for a motivated Facility Solutions Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of customer service, operations, account management, and business development. What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts. Conduct routine quality control inspections of client facilities. Address service concerns and ensure timely resolution of client requests. Coordinate and support contracted service providers to maintain service excellence. Negotiate pricing and service agreements for additional project work. Recruit, onboard, and manage contractor relationships when needed. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools to document inspections, client interactions, and service activities. Collaborate with sales, accounting, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, operations, sales, account management, or a related field Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k with Company Match) Paid Time Off Quarterly Team Outings'
