The Role:
The purpose of the Facilities Manager is to monitor all activities within the Facilities department inclusive of all shifts. Main functions of this job include overseeing/managing staff, maintaining records, performing inspections, and general assurance that the finalities systems are functioning as needed.
Responsibilities:
Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as DraftKings at Casino Queen polices and procedures. Direct supervision for all Facility department personnel and outside contractors. Inspections of the facility and grounds and the creation of work orders to correct any items requiring repairs and/or maintenance Work with department engineers on troubleshooting equipment issues and preventative maintenance by having working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Maintaining Facility department records Assist engineers and department as needed. Assist the Director of Facilities with project development and management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written. Ability to extended hours, weekends, and holidays Must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers. Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic electric knowledge is required.
