Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our manufacturing or industrial facility. Duties Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and high/low voltage systems Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards Manage facilities maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset histories Oversee repair projects involving HVAC system repair, electrical troubleshooting with schematics, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections, safety audits, and training on maintenance repair procedures Troubleshoot engineering issues related to mechanical systems using tools like ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades while managing project timelines and budgets Qualifications Proven experience in facilities management within manufacturing or industrial environments with a strong background in mechanical knowledge and systems repair Supervising experience leading facilities maintenance teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems (including repair), electrical systems (high voltage/low voltage), plumbing maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures Familiarity with schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations such as OSHA standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes Experience managing facilities using CMMS software for work order tracking and asset management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage projects efficiently, and ensure adherence to safety protocols Mechanical troubleshooting skills utilizing tools like ohmmeters; ability to interpret schematics for electrical or mechanical repairs Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Join us as a Facilities Manager to drive operational excellence through innovative maintenance strategies while fostering a safe environment where your leadership can truly shine!
