This role oversees new construction, remodels, site upgrades, and facility repair programs across a multi-site portfolio. Responsibilities include vendor and contractor management, budgeting and capital planning, permitting and compliance coordination, and ensuring safety and reliability of all locations. The Director partners with operations and leadership to prioritize projects, minimize downtime, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality facilities that support an excellent customer experience in our communities.
